I think it looks great. The only part of it that bothers me is the black line on the bottom/tip of his nose. Make it looks a little squidward to me. D:

I'd suggest moving it um to where the shading begins, or removing it completely.

thanks for the crit and compliments! In my ref picture, there is a hard shadow right under the nose. Perhaps I should have lightened it or not made it as harsh?

Veryyy awesome! His eyes are absolutely amazing. So lucious!
Now time for some critique...his right eyebrow is bigger than the left so making them the same size - to me - would compliment the eyes even more than your fantastic coloring. Also, I would suggest making his forehead and chin bigger to keep up with proportions. Hope this helps~!
Other than that, you've made Sephiroth absolutely gorgeous!! What struck me at first and BLEW me away was the way you drew and colored him; giving him a natural "real" feel. I don't really get that with many pictures. lol
Love the pic.! And I can't wait for the next. :D

Thanks so much for the crit! I didn't even realize his eyebrows weren't the same size! >.< And thanks for the crit on proportions <33 I realize I may have strayed away from the true Sephiroth proportions, but I do like my interpretation as well. He looks... uhh... less refined. *3*
